    Clear, unequivocal repudiation of The Australian article with Queens Counsel and senior lawyers engaged to commence proceedings.

    The response indicates that there is no "greyness" regarding the rebuttal to today's assertions - so if it is as clearly black & white as the MNS release asserts, I would think The Australian and the reporter concerned will be feeling a trifle uncomfortable now.
