I took additional 150m off for McPhillamys. I am not sure how much it is going to cost but I expect it will be a lot.
Agree the cash would be there for dividends, but it would be tight if they really want to self fund McPhillamys development.
I think what is most likely to happen is a refinancing of the 330m debt due in FY24, and a possible partial financing of McPhillamys development. Allowing for comfortable dividends over the next few years while retaining a healthy cash balance
