By law, a company can't sue for defamation unless its an excluded corporation (not for profit) or has less than 10 employees (small companies).
I had a look at the Magnis website, and they currently have 11 directors/management listed; not including any support staff, such as secretary and administrators.
However, it could sue for injurious falsehood, but that is a higher bar to jump over.
