It will be the same story as last raise I imagine. 'We don't need the money but were approached by a cornerstone investor and it would be wise to take the opportunity'. Share price then rose 150% of the raise price. History repeats? Switched on management? Massive newsflow to come?
$3m sell down so dilution only of $12m. 60m new shares by my calcs.
