Price/ price action doesn't care about rational or irrational investing. T/A just visualises what is going on psychologically etc. Also you need to consider- increased SOI and a price to sales of maybe 10x instead of 40x (IMO- given a more than halving of the organic growth). U are correct that the position is now derisked substantially.
