    $1.30 = Absolute Disgrace!

    My only hope is that bungy is correct in that management's recommendation of accepting this disgraceful offer is to try and draw a counter offer.

    If not then I can only hope that current members of the board do not manage to find themselves in a similar situation in the future whereby they can again fleece unwitting shareholders.
