Reporting is likely the process leading to the issue of the PPL, the Financial Advisor has likely made a recommendation which is being internally reviewed by EXIM for a decision and they would be formulating updated terms and conditions at this point, possibly including adjustments from the 402(A) decision.
We're still short of approval by the EXIM board, but I'd say we can expect a good indication in December.
