I note your list of changes, and hopefully for any newbies that buy in things have changed.
I have not delved too deeply into the company, but I have noted the current chart - it aint pretty.

When I held, over a period of months, NEO promised much, but did nothing. They were laying pipes to pump gas I thought. No gas went anywhere, but my money did.

Why did I post? I noticed Siera's post, and wanted to do my bit by adding 'hear, hear'. I have also been helped by warnings on hotcopper. I won't keep on about it, but may look in from time to time. I will never again buy this mutt. Anyhow, good luck, maybe as you say it really has changed. The share price doesn't seem to agree, however.
