re: Ann: 09.10.16 CTP to Commence Proceedings... Hasn't been much discussion on the pre-emption option:

"(iii) PXA has a right of pre-emption and acquires the relevant interest on the same terms as Red Sky"

On the one hand BG have been in the game a long time so I'd assume they know how things work.

On the other CTP should know what is in their own JV agreements, is their a right of pre-emption or not?

Wait til Wednesday I guess, does ROG still get in if PXA use this right of pre-emption? That part doesn't seem clear.
