Get together and launch a class action. It's clear as daylight what happened here, I don't need to elaborate. Get a decent law firm and sue the daylights out of Hogan and Co who purchased shares on the low with info only they were privy to and sold the company for nix knowing they made a fair whack. I'm a lawyer and I'd be happy to refer you to senior counsel who knows his... you know what. At the very least get some preliminary advice.
