This is LNC with all the various parts of a pitchfork labeled, with notes on screen about how I draw them.

There are other refinements, but they are more advanced than necessary for the moment. There is also no substitute for drawing them, and then going back once a week for a few weeks till you recognize the errors you and everyone else makes.
