What strikes me the most about this whole AGM is the topic and content of the last set of slides. Why is it necessary to use the AGM to go into so much detail about the strategic opportunities related to clean energy production markets? Especially considering your main term-sheet customer isnt even in that industry?
I feel like this is a preemptive move and in 2024 Bruce will be on record with his catch phrase "In [insert year] I pivoted the company to [latest hot topic]"
"It was in 2021 that I pivoted the company to Solar Glass Manufacturing when I realised........"
It really smacks that this is a lifestyle company that hops from market trend to market trend.
Anyway, bottom drawer and buying more. In my opinion the absolute worst case scenario here is a take-over offer at a couple of multiples of the current SP driven purely by the resource value in situ.
