indeed g (am finding it difficult to address u as 'superhard' lol particularly in juxtposition to a post about being in bed with a gorilla)

but i digress..... to return to the point....both adjectives suggest an offensive and objectionable situation....which seems to be pertinent to our current impasse with said gorilla.

what i want to know is do we have the legal right to just go and drill ourselves...do we need the agreement of the gorilla?

it seems to me that it would instill a lot more confidence in the company if they could go ahead alone albeit in a slightly less ambitious program.
