no one seems to know the reason for the delays and ctp dont offer any insight , but i suspect he ( jh ) knows a lot more than he is letting on . perhaps the still unfunded rog jv was just a ploy . this is supposed to be a joint venture not a treaty . any pre emption would have to favour the larger holder in my bush lawyer opinion . unfortunately i cant see the sp holding current levels and i would be surprised to see much change by wednesday . i hope i am wrong ..........
