    Doesn't the agreement stipulate that all assets other than railway must be disposed of? Will these ******** now attempt to hive off everything else into another one of their "vehicles"? VMS?

    Would Mt Rob etc then suddenly appear as a decent concern? But how would we know. What price trust now?
