I don't know how to place the entire article, however, todays Saturday Advertiser has an article under the heading 'BHP in move on Explorer'

It describes the goings on yesterday and the recent arrangement with CRM. I quote from the article penned by Xavier LaCanna:

"It was described by UMC at the time as "groundbreaking" and a "significant milestone" for the company and would have given CRM 11.4 per cent of the company. CRM joint venture partner RIMCapital Limited said at the time it was a win-win after "significant goodwill" had been built up between the companies. RIMCapital was believed to be fuming at yesterday's news. The deal with CRM was also seen as a strategic move that could have assisted UMC to develop it iron ore deposits and obtain key contacts inside China."

It goes on to mention how BHP president Ian Ashby thinks UMC is a "natural fit" for his company. It also mentions that quote:

"Bell Potter Securities client adviser Chris Kimber said he was surprised UMC directors had agreed to BHP Billiton's offer after already agreeing to a deal with CRM"

How do you reckon your credibilty looks UMC directors??????
