I think you have hit the nail on the head there bloke but like the MD said this morning he does not want to preempt the amount because if he says we might get $500 mil and we only get $250 mill then he is only creating disappointment. So we wait and see what is offered. Like you say EXIM will know what is required to get us over the line.
