Very low strip ratios (so very profitable even at lower grades) and can double output for economies of scale, while extending LOM. IMA struggles for recognition at present with only one short life mine. It needs multiple mines and to increase LOM to get a rerating. This provides more options. Makes sense to me. Use the current boom and cash flow for a step change in the business while the going is good. It may not last for ever.
