I wouldn't worry about Macq.

I once had a property valuer arrive at a townhouse to do a sworn valuation. He said "You are not going to like it but I am going to value it at $265,000". I asked him "Are you on f---ing drugs." I shunted him out the door and got in a second valuer who placed $345,000 on the property. I sold it myself for $390,000.

So much for the "experts" and their ability (or lack of) to offer competent advice. In this regard, I distinctly remember the senior currency analyst (I think that was his title) for ANZ stating on a finance show on TV that he expected the A$ to retreat against the US$ from the current rate of .72c at the time, to 66c. It went straight to 90c plus.

I have never found a broker yet who I felt was worth his fees. I now trade on line myself (successfully).

I hold 1 mil NXS shares and 35c puts me in the green. All the HC posters talking about $1, $1.50, $2.90 and $5 may not be absolutely accurate but they sure as hell give me a warm, fuzzy feeling. (Even the pitiful Macq target of 45c looks quite OK to me.) Like most, I have got a lot of catching up to do re accumulated losses on other stocks after the downturn.

IMHO there are only 2 kinds of brokers. Those that don't know and those that don't know they don't know.
