I wouldn't necessarily consider the engineering work done to date & various regulatory approvals as achieving nothing. Definitely a lot of time was wasted in China that turned into nothing at all.
I'll concede it all means nothing if FNTP is not achieved especially in light of the repeated guidance, but that's what you get at this end of the market.
