I don't usually like to say as it is somewhat embarrassing but I had a large amount of money (10's of Millions) embezzled by a long term business partner and his lawyer wife (cooked the books) and we had to rebuild from scratch. That was about 10 years ago. Sold all shares and paid all debts in full (100%) and then started over. Just re-entered the share market about 3 or 4 years ago. So the answer is largely that I did not have the financial capacity to do so earlier. I am no expert on CHK and haven't claimed to be - just trying to bring some helpful comments to the table. Not sure I've actually helped - if I am bugging people I apologise - I am quite happy to stop posting.
