when the approval is supposedly so close I don’t understand why you wouldn’t wait and raise at higher price if company not desperate for funds . That’s normally straight from the playbook. Why raise now anyway, prior to any approvals ?
Less dilution, possibly raise a lot more, unless they felt compelled to go through with capital raising after they were caught out doing mates deals and tried to save face by still going through with it
