With the volume Vection has had the last few days $12m is only 3 days of volume. If the s708 investors want to flip the shares, that's their loss, the market will suck it up. You would think they could have made a far more strategic selection of who to sell the shares to but I can't imagine the shares being sold having a big direct impact on share price.
The point Iknow makes about the AGM timing is an interesting point.
