What exactly have Michael Rubinelli and Gernot Abl done to earn these Performance Rights?
I know Michael received a load of shares back in August or September, from his 1 year anniversary. I understand the reasoning behind that, although I still question it a bit. But why this most recent round of granted shares? What company performance level was achieved that necessitated rewarding to the 2 most-senior executives?
