Not hitting a deadline twice seems unlikely, unless they are not planning on going into partnership with LKAB and or Mitsui. The delay of the DFS postponed it last time. With the information we have, they have been 'deep' in finance talks and 'on-track' to deliver an outcome by 30th Nov. Looking at both LOI expiries it seems that the JV is not beholden to drilling results or EVA commissioning. Anyway, this seems a waste of words as we will find out very shortly
