BB and co..everyone entitled to their opinion...But again..Ask yourselves honestly what has been proved so far regarding moneys stolen and applied to purchase....(CRUX OF CONSTRUCTIVE TRUST REMEDY) I think that anyone expecting anything like 100 million settlement is dreaming...I believe talks were had and also believe mmx may have been offering about 10 to "make it go away" chm (with all their evidence) only asking about 60... this should give you some idea as to where it may end up!!!But hey, dont believe me...But lets see how close we all are..but if expecting 100 plus...be prepared for major disappointment....like a few others out there too I believe the court case will not conclude on Friday next..but that legal teams on both sides have agreed to make closing statements in febuary...as the next available time for all concerned...I would also bet on a settlement sometime between now and feb...30 millionish...And in answer BB..yes I like a good debate..not trying to convert anyone...If 30 mill is going to do something to CHM shareprice that you feel will advantage you then hold or buy...If you feel it wont, Then sell.....
