I bought into WBC as a turn around story. The worst seemed to be behind it. But the news keeps coming. We saw what reputational damage did to AMP.
I once got a refund from one of the other big four. They just quietly put money into my account. I had to ask questions before finding out why it had been taken in the first place.
Back in the day, when banks were more profitable, we expected them to be so and soes. The mongrels had so many fees and charges and penalties. Times have changed.
Please reassure me that WBC has turned the corner?
