To ring in, firstly what business is any of this to you seeing you hold no stock?? I'm always a little sus on people whom comment with no position held, but regarding the share placement,- I agree shareholders were not offerred participation, however if you check the dates and prices you will see the 3.5c placement was a significant rise to only two weeks prior when anyone could have bought plenty of stock on market for only 2.5c, so it probably helped put a base under the shareprice. I am a long term holder so are suffering a considerable loss and I'm not happy, however there is a egm prior to agm where many greivances should and will be raised at the correct forum..
