12 years ago people were saying thing about 2009 - HAHA ! and they were right. Glad I bought then and have set myself up for life.
Not bragging, just fact. and really the adjusted inflation business is worthless; its just numbers that dont reflect the reality of what the average person does with uninvested capital - they waste it. Far better off with it tied up in the home.
