Good post BB..... Heres another thought... CHM market cap bout 34 mill If anyone really believed they were about to win and get awarded lets say even 10% of Jack hills...Why would not...China inc, Chinalco, Boa steel, Super smart rich cashed up investors etc and also MURCHISON themselves not Buy the whole company...for the investors thay would get a slice of a major IO project worth billions for around $30 mill... or For Murchison they would protect themselves completely for only $30 Mill...Harbinger could have done it to protect their investment, Posco could, Mitsubishi too..I think the answer to this may be..No one believes there will be a "SUBSTANTIAL" award..only CHM and very hopefull Shareholders....
