Thanks very much for your summation of the situation.

I find it reflects my understanding of the situation very well if not better. Thanks again.

So in terms of an investment, APG is essentially in that grey zone. No certainty of commercialisation but potential. And so it is only natural for this status to be reflected in the type of shareholder that invests in APG.

Those with patient long term views that can swallow 'absolute' risk are happy with APG as an investment. And thats great because these sorts of investors are important in any share registry. Others, who are not willing to accept the 'absolute risk' offered by APG will exit (if they were once a shareholder) or will remain on the sidelines until the risk alleviates. These investors are also very impoirtant to any share registry!!!

I talk about risk in absolute terms. By this I mean that APG is currently an all or nothing venture. It has a suite of technologies that can be applied across various sectors, but, it is essentially an alternative suite of technologies that is in competition with common place practices (inferior as many would argue). Unless there is a take up of the technologies, APG stands to fail!!!!

I am someone who cannot accept this absolute risk. When looking at APG I find its technologies to be fantastic revolutionary approaches to many practical problems, but hey, I am not and cannot be a 'funder' of such activities if I cannot see the return. And, at this stage there remains real tangeable risk that no-one will take up the technologies.

And so I have sold out, to the delight of some (the absolute risk investors) and remain as a sideline investor waiting for the risk to strip away. When that happens I re-enter with glee, but not until then.

I am looking forward to the excitment and folly of a fully flighted and bolting APG. I will jump in very quickly on this stock when that happens. Until then I remain an interested and willing investor watching and waiting for the risk to dissipate .....

    Good luck guys!

    GC
