BHP would have to pay more
perhaps CRM would counter bid themselves
I'd take my chances and take that uncertain outcome over the existing offer
I can't see how analysts can be painting this takeover - and the in ground value offered - as a positive for other junior IO stocks - but I do think there are company specific circumstances which have led to this price opportunity for BHP
