Interesting reading of difference being Thorn release and CCP ... CCP - total consideration $60M, TGA "net" consideration $45M and referring to CCP just buying the "assets" of the business. CCP certainly aren't planning on operating it as is with 25% of the sale price lost being these two numbers (presumably a large slice being the TGA redundancies).
