They won't need to use 39A as an injection well for a few months so they can use it as a producer in the meantime.
Also, because there are two separate zones it may be possible to produce from one zone and inject into another.
Grieve 39 may not be suitable as a producer from the Niobrara zone if it this zone wasn't isolated when drilling.
