I've made 2 buys since June and one of them I've subdivided and will be building on before the year is out.
I'm a normal guy under 40 with 6 houses on the go. 12 years ago I had 1 house on a 10% deposit. Smart buying and a couple of sales to capitalise have set me up.
I didnt do anything special. My dad did the same thing 40 years prior to that.
buy and hold and watch the doomsayers run around bleating.
