I think most of us have discounted the nitrogen. The methane alone (at 42%) is valuable enough on a high flow rate. The real bonus will be if there is helium.
However, nitrogen has to be separated from the methane and at that stage it will be about 99% pure so it may have value and that will be a bonus too.
