From the most recent capital raise, they intend to use some part of the $20m to buy water rights. Water is traded in Arizona and AZL will buy a water right from a willing seller or sellers is my understanding. Don't know how much they need but I'm guessing we will know more once the scoping study is completed in Q1 next year.
