It is basically the big end of town playing mind games with smaller retail investors ,through the deployment of high frequency trading algorythams.
In doing so creating fear and a untrue perception of the underlying security , causing small punters to sell out of fear,
Whilst testing , triggering Stop loss trades which are hidden ( allegidly) until such time as triggerd.

According to the ASX thay are creating liquidity in the market for the benefit of all..
