I agree with your assessment of the reasons for the SP decrease. Whilst the issue of TWD shares to those who choose to buy their homes has some appeal it can also lead to weak hands. It is highly likely that many of the buyers are somewhat cash strapped after the intitial purchase or that they not savvy about shares in public companies. Could easily be what we are seeing play out here. It has entered my buy territory and I would say Lev would be eyeing off these lows as well.
