I am aware any Director for any company, not just CAY, generally has a small window when they can buy shares on market, when they are involved in sensitive negotiations and deals. To do so could be deemed "Insider Trading" and the company could be taken to the cleaners and suspended. Not to mention being charged under the Corporations Act.
I would love more than nothing to see our board of directors putting their own $$$ into supporting the stock price and I hope a window presents where they can do so in the future. Hi Pika, They were referring to stage 1 only at this stage. I too hope they can also advance the Kribi discussions as well, during or soon after finalising the BFS etc for Stage 1.

I do believe they will address many queries and we will all be left much wiser once they complete their update. I just hope we can get it sooner than the anticipated 2 week period, but if we gotta trade around these levels for a few more weeks, so be it. I'll keep buying as I'm sure many others are as well.

I believe we will rerate very quickly in January/February and hopefully see some support from Ashanti as well.

Stay strong everyone and keep a cool head. I believe our time to shine will be here very soon as this story unfolds and we will finally get the re-rate we are all craving and very much deserve. Many of us have waited many, many years to see a return here, IMO another few weeks isn't going to hurt us, in fact I would argue it is the perfect opportunity to average down even more. I now personally have an average of 10.5 cents.

thanks for your detail about the AGM.

something that's puzzled me is the granting of shares to the new CEO, is that if the shares are trading at 20 cents or more when he takes over,will he still qualify for the first tranche of 1 million shares.
I realise that this is a remote possibility, but if the update in around two weeks is really good, the share price could easily double.
