Based on PD Ports - originally wanted to sell for $700m, then $400m, and ultimately $0.00.
So the house may not necessarily be worth $400k. A lot more that $5k is necessary.
And who wants to put $5k in (as either debt or equity), when the risk of the house of cards falling over still exists....
