I can't find anything that reports how many holes were drilled by Bradda in their Phase 2, nor can I find anything that indicates it required the kind of Environmental Assessment with public comment period by BLM. The first two phases of AZL drilling didn't rise to that level. It's their Phase 3 that now requires a thorough review.
