Looks like from page 11 that the centrifuge (NaCl Centrifuge (Solid / Liquid Separation)) could be the current bottleneck which is upstream from the packaging .
That centrifuge looks to be a fancy bit of kit , wonder why they could not have used an in line pressure jig type set up , with a vertical shaft would have seemed a lot more easy to maintain (just lift the lid off and clean out or adjust)
Even from a health and safety perspective that centrifuge looks like a widow maker .
I bet that centrifuge will be trashed out of frustration in a month and they will put a home grown fit for purpose replacement
