It will depend on which state you are in and WHS laws in each state, in Qld a business has to conduct a risk assessment to determine the trading outcome , most decisions will come down to whether the business is willing to run the guantlent of liability should one of their staff or a customer catch covid and can be traced back to their establishment. this is the real issue (in Qld at least) as to whether businesses will welcome unvaxxed clients.
A mate that owns a bar/entertainment games business puts it simply, no vaxx no entry, I am liable for a $13,000.00 fine or jail if I don't comply.
again this is Qld , don't know how other states pan out ,
unvaxxed staff and customers can be served at an ouside takeaway servery in Qld though , is my understanding. Just glad I am not in business any more to have to wade through this minefield.
