I would agree getting away from Crowd1 would be of benefit but it also losses the 10M+ revenue stream they have been pumping all this time and are left with MTN at 250k which we haven't heard much about and no one else has taken up ArcadeX as a white label in over 12 months so certainly could be back to drawing board.

It would then be how much money is left after paying back Crowd1 all their money and how much damage has the board done with the Crowd1 venture and their lack of meaningful disclosure to gain the trust back of SHers and the market.

Guess this is why the options were underwritten when they were easily in the money as they wanted to grab as much cash as they could.
