How true. There are a few scenarios:
1. Directors will not buy because they have concerns with the company (may not be technically but may have to do with financial situation)
2. Organising another round of CR
3. Organising financial loan taking advantage of the low interest rate. Better apply now because the borrowing rate increases next year
4. Directors and staff are cashing in and there is just not enough funding to do anything - may impact the survival of the company
5. The departure of highly competent staff who also cashed in the staff incentive shares has impact on the company's finance.
Since they claim to be in bed with Microsoft (MS), why don't LVT request funding from MS?
What have said are only speculations under no basis and no evident to proof them. DYOR
