Appears that ROC is being held back at the moment by a big holder, willing to sell at 1.63 or 1.64 in 100,000 share blocks. Is lot was taken up and then another appeared. Has been like that the last few days, - very disciplined selling; waiting for thier price and then coming into the market.
(If its AMP, that gives me great heart - because they now have a reputation for buying and selling at just the wrong time).
Once this selling is out of the way, then we will no doubt see ROC rebound to higher levels - influenced by the Mauritania and West Australian drilling.
