    I agree Sid.... but the Govt seems to be thinking that any increased production, regardless of who owns a mine, increases productivity (still lagging since the GFC.... no improvement on Gillard Govt level so this says that Libs aren't any different to Labs on economics) and hence GDP (to keep us from recession).
