what you clearly don't understand is that a positive test result means only that the person has been exposed to the virus.

it doesn't imply that the virus has entered host cells and reproduced or is experiencing illness.

there is no way to prevent exposure other than to use mask, hygiene, social distancing. the vaccine prevent reproduction and illness.

this has been explained so many times that you must be aware of this fact.
