You are correct. i am still invested to a degree in a company that does the small goal thing.
1. Set a small easily achievable goal. 2. Ensure that you can achieve it while taking long lunches. 3. Achieve the goal or pay somebody else to do it for you if it starts looking harder than you first thought 4. After succeeding, pay yourself a large personal bonus.
